All the structures we propose in village accommodation are 5 minutes walk from our Center and other 5 minutes afoot crossing the waterfront walk to reach the pier of St. Maria, where fishing trips depart.

The Ponta Preta Residence and Ponta Preta Pension are in the east zone of the area, 5 to 10 minutes walking distance from our Center and 5 minutes from the pier of St. Maria.

The Sal airport, Amilcare Cabral, is 11 km from Santa Maria and in the all inclusive village accommodation the assistants will receive you at your arrival to bring you to the village. For the apartment accommodation we can organize the transfer, if required at booking time. In case you choose to move independently, the taxi fare from the airport to Saint Maria varies from 10 to 15 €, excluded special baggage.

The structure is composed of two buildings, the first of 23 apartments and the second of 16 apartments.

All are situated 500 meters from the Center. The apartments at ground floor have a small garden and the upper floors rooms have a balcony. All apartment are equipped with satellite TV, bathroom with shower, hairdryer, private telephone, air-conditioning.

The B&B treatment includes: Daily cleanings, included are towels and sheets with change 2 times a week. Breakfast included in the structure terrace.

On the west side of the structure a barbecue zone is free for clients to cook their fish. Near the reception, the information office allows you to book optional excursions like Quad Tour, Island Tour or Salina visit.

With extra payment, we offer Internet connections directly in apartment, laundromat and scooter and bicycles rental.

The structure is also proposed in HB treatment, with the availability of 7 meal tickets you can redeem at selected restaurants in Saint Maria. Alcoholic drinks excluded.

Opened in April 2007, situated in the heart of Santa Maria, only 300 meters from the beach and 5 minutes walk from the Centre. It’s a special place, born from the perfect fusion between arquitectural elements, light and nature in harmony with the Feng-Shui philosofy. Porta do Vento has 15 rooms decorated with natural elements, bathroom with shower, hairdryer, telephone, roof fan, mini-bar, TV. Some with a 3rd bed and balcony. There’s a lift for more customer confort.

The B&B treatment includes: Daily cleanings, Sunday excluded. Included towels and sheets with 2 changes a week. Breakfast included. Restaurant and Bar: it’s an open space, a local and international meeting point to taste special and tipical food and cocktails. Italian management. Person of reference is the dynamic Mrs. Camilla.

The structure is also proposed in HB treatment in its own restaurant (alcoholic drinks excluded).

The villages we propose are situated in the splendid St. Maria Bay, only 10 minutes from the Center. Informal structures, befitting young people, families and sportsmen, have good possibilities for fun and practise sport, above all diving, kite and wind-surf. All the villages are provided with mini-club for children, and they organize several excursions around the island.

Youll'like the wide sandy coastline overlooked by the rooms, allowing long relaxing walks.
